Jam Pairing Brunch
What a WEEKEND!!!
We got together with our good friend Evan to host the first ever Jam Pairing Brunch! The Sunday brunch turned into 10 hours of glorious madness consisting of 20 amazing people, 4 delicious brunch courses (followed by a sausage dinner and fried wonton night cap) bottomless mimosas and coffee, and a full on musical JAM SESH! I did it! I successfully made my first batch of homemade cannolis. I will admit, the idea of it was daunting, but once I started it was a piece of … well cake just seems like the wrong word.. but you get the idea!
Necessary ingredients for the homemade shells:

How exactly does a monkey get drunk these days? Well, you coat his bananas in sugar, let them sit over night, add a splash of rum and he becomes one saucy monkey.
